Story of Two King’s in Amazon

Around same time James became the king of Marajo island in Amazon while Bob became the king of Caviana island. Bob was the typical caveman while James went to Ilha grande de Gurupa island in Amazon to study with best Gurus. He was extremely impressed by One of his Gurus who taught in one of his class that Kingdoms are like machines they need to be governed by well defined processes. It remained with James forever. When he became king he decided to establish process based kingdom. His processes became the talk of Amazon Forest.

Bob the caveman couldn't get much of this opportunity of visiting high places and meeting Gurus of Ilha grande de Gurupa island. He learnt through his travels and his interaction with common man he met on streets. He learnt only one thing in his life Trust the Common Man and they will be good with you. When he became king he established a kingdom where Trust was the only currency. Many consultants from Amazon Consulting knocked on his door to help him build process based governance mechanisms. He used to treat them well but never engaged them as he couldn't understand their language.

10 Years passed since they got coronated as king's of their respective kingdoms

Bob’s kingdom was growing leaps and bounds. Health and wealth of his people and kindom was getting reported in The Times of Amazon. He was the talking points of the Jungle. He has now control over 100 islands of the Jungle.
